At Markd-US, every item is custom-made with personalization details chosen by you. Because each piece is created specifically for your order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

All products in our shop are personalized and made to order. For this reason, returns are not accepted, refunds are not issued, and exchanges are not available.

Order Issues or Concerns
Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and make it right. When reaching out, please include your order number, a description of the issue, photos of the product and packaging.
